Using Google Sites for project management

Using Google Sites for project management as a tool to communicate with project stakeholders. Project templates are updated via Google docs & spreadsheets (i.e. one file only hosted centrally and updated by all through a link sent by mail to the various collaborators) and update the wiki automatically.
